The benefits
The Digital CLD Awards Scotland pilot programme is focused on recognising the many planned and ongoing improvements that organisations are making in developing the skills of their staff to improve the ways they reach and support learners through digital technologies. Awards highlight how well these increasing uses of digital approaches are impacting on the experiences and skills of learners and stakeholders.
CLD organisations, teams and services who participate will have their practices acknowledged and will join a growing community of digital CLD practice in Scotland.

Community, Learning and Development Organisations
Our community of registered CLD organisations are using the Digital CLD Awards framework to engage in self-reflection and are actively working to improve their practices. We hope that their stories can be powerful in helping other practitioners to embrace digital technology more deeply.
